For OptiMine, Jim raised $12M in VC money in a 3-year period. Previously, as COO of Identix, Jim led a turnaround doubling revenue to $90M in less than 3 years and transforming a $25M EBITDA loss to EBITDA profitability. Identix was then sold for $775M, over 70 times forward EBITDA. Jim has also been the COO or President of DataCard, Tennant, and Liquipak and the CEO of Reshare Commerce. Jim served as MESA’s President from 2015 to 2024.
