Jeff Eckerle is a seasoned technology executive and startup founder with over 20 years of experience in software leadership and entrepreneurship. He currently serves as CEO of Parallax, a venture-backed software company that empowers professional services organizations to forecast business outcomes and make informed resourcing and hiring decisions.

Jeff’s journey in software began at Deltek during the early days of product management as a discipline. He later co-founded three startups—Kona (within Deltek), CaptureLife, and SubAssist—where he played pivotal roles in product innovation, go-to-market strategies, and sales. Along the way, he honed his expertise in building high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth.

Originally a MESA mentee while founding CaptureLife, Jeff transitioned to a mentor role following the company’s exit in 2020. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
