Isaac is Managing Partner of Catalytic1, an executive search and talent strategy consultancy. He uses his local network of SAAS executives to scout and qualify Mentor candidates for MESA.

Isaac focuses on searches for operating executives for growing SAAS and Analytics vendors, or similar intrapreneurial ventures in large corporations. Frequent searches are CEO, VP/SVP/EVP of Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Channel Management, and Technology.

For over 25 years, he’s helped companies design and hire ‘hybrid’ senior executives who have demonstrated their ability to leverage revolutionary and analytics technologies to build profitable businesses, having made a career intertwining his experience in executive recruiting and organizational design with his interests in history, strategy and workflow optimization.

He has consulted early-stage business-to-business e-commerce ventures on strategy, organizational design, and raising investor financing. He has served as an executive coach for many early-stage companies. Isaac is the author of Hiring Secrets of the NFL: How Your Company Can Select Talent Like a Champion., and wrote a monthly column for the Minneapolis Star Tribune from 2001 to 2023 on trends and best practices in the global economy.
