Chris Heim has spent the past 10 years as a CEO and Board Director, leading fast-paced, technology-driven, and innovative companies. He currently serves as CEO of Atomic Data and Foundation Technologies, two PE-backed IT Managed Service Companies. Previously, Chris was CEO of AbeTech, a family-owned company, where he led transformational growth, increasing revenue from $50M to $100M. Before AbeTech, he served as CEO of Rimage Corporation, where he helped orchestrate the company’s transition from a public entity to a private, PE-backed business.

A servant-minded leader, Chris is passionate about helping people achieve excellence in business, community, and personal pursuits. His areas of expertise include strategy, market development, Traction EOS implementation, and building team-focused cultures.

In addition to his executive roles, Chris serves as an elected city official and sits on the board of directors for a family-owned food manufacturing company.
